OM Your Property Online gives our customers (both property owners and tenants) access to the right information on the management of their home, such as accounts, property manager reports and service charge details. Paying service charges online is safe, secure and convenient.

By the end of 2011 all customers will be able to receive our new, industry leading online contractor tracking system that allows our customers to rate the performance of any work carried out on their development..

We follow legislation and industry codes of practice of The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as they apply to management of Service Charge accounts and the holding of customers’ money.

As a member of ARMA we are also committed to improving standards and support regulatory reform for our industry.

We received Investors in People accreditation in November 2009.
