Forming a Residents' Association

We’ve always encouraged the formation of Residents’ Associations as we believe that they help create a really productive relationship between our customers and ourselves.

Forming a Residents' Association

Developments who already have Residents’ Associations are actively involved with our management process. They have a greater appreciation of how and why we make our operational decisions that ultimately are funded through annual service charges. Our Property Managers work closely with Residents Associations, often meeting outside normal office hours as agreed.

If you would like advice on forming a Residents’ Association just get in touch and your Property Manager will be able to give you advice on the best way to go about forming an association that is representative of the development, even where membership is low. Alternatively the Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE) provides free advice on residential leasehold – visit their website: www.lease-advice.org
