Looking after your home

Our team of experienced Property Managers regularly monitors standards of maintenance and is responsible for all aspects of management including, where appropriate, the appointment of site staff to handle the day to day running of a development and the appointment of contractors to carry out cleaning, gardening, repairs, maintenance and redecoration.

Service charge annual estimates are reviewed annually. Actual expenditure is monitored against these estimates throughout the management year. Our Property Managers are available to discuss any financial matter with residents and audited accounts are issued annually.

Service charges are allocated and invoiced in accordance with the terms of your Lease or Transfer. The insurance of the buildings, their common parts, services and facilities, together with fire, accident, material damage and employer’s liability insurance, are arranged and updated annually.

The protection and security of residents and the development is of paramount importance to us, whilst taking into account the obligations within each individual lease or transfer. In addition to arranging the regular maintenance of facilities and systems such as door entry, fire detection and lifts, we offer a 24 hour emergency call monitoring response service.

We ensure that the communal parts of every development comply with the current safety regulations and the relevant risk assessments are organised as required.

Our Property Managers are either Members or Associate Members of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), or are working towards IRPM Accreditation. They regularly attend industry seminars and residential property legal briefings.
