OM Property Management's Customer Service Team Scoops Top Accolade

Head of Customer Service Tracey McCabe and her team at OM Property Management have won the Customer Service Award at News on the Block’s annual Property Management Awards.

Tracey is responsible for a team of 124 dedicated and highly-trained contact centre operators who handle a vast number of calls and issues every day.  
Tracey joined OM Property Management in the 1990’s as a Property Administrator. In 2000 she enrolled on the businesses development programme, and thereafter set out to improve the company’s customer service by introducing a dedicated customer service team that could work across all offices and divisions.
She has received plaudits from across the business for her leadership skills and for introducing a new 12 week training programme.
“Tracey and the team demonstrate excellent customer service, offering a professional and reassuring point of contact for residents.” says Adam Cooper, Managing Director at OM Property Management.
Tracey adds “We are all extremely thrilled to have won the Customer Service Award. The team has worked really hard and look forward to a successful 2012.”
The Customer Service Award recognises examples of excellence and professionalism in customer service, excellence in client communications and staff training and development.
 
The winner of the 2011 Customer Service Award was announced at the Block Insure Property Management Awards 2011 organised by News on the Block at a prestigious ceremony in London on 5 December 2011. 14 other awards were presented at the black tie ceremony, which recognises the excellence and professionalism of all specialists working in the residential property sector, at an individual and company level.
