OM Property Management Offers Paperless Billing to Customers
OM Property Management now offers its customers a secure online billing service via their dedicated customer website ‘OM – Your Property Online’. The service was first trialled back in 2011 to a select number of developments before becoming available across the entire OM property portfolio.
By registering for OM’s paperless bills and account information service, customers will be able to manage their accounts more easily. Instead of receiving numerous pages of accounts through the post, residents will receive an email letting them know that their service charge or ground rent invoice has arrived in their online account. They also have the option to opt-out of the service at anytime and go back to paper billing.
