OM Property Management receives accolade for ‘Website of the Year’
Adam Cooper (Managing Director) and the E Business team at OM Property Management have been highly commended in the Website of the Year category of News on the Block’s annual Property Management Awards.
OM Property Management scooped the award for their website www.ompropertymanagement.co.uk and for the Maintenance Updates innovation for ‘Your Property Online’, a customer service website. Over the past 12 months, the teams invested a considerable amount of time and effort developing and enhancing the site.
Judges recognised the benefits of the website, which include open communication with customers allowing them to be updated in ‘real time’ as well as giving customers the chance to influence choice of contractors used by the property manager and OM Property Management.

The winner of the 2011 Website of the Year was announced at the Block Insure Property Management Awards 2011 organised by News on the Block at a prestigious ceremony in London on 5 December 2011. 14 other awards were presented at the black tie ceremony, which recognises the excellence and professionalism of all specialists working in the residential property sector, at an individual and company level.
