OM Property Management has always encouraged the formation of Residents’ Associations as we believe that they help create a productive relationship between our customers and ourselves.

Those developments who already have Residents’ Associations are actively involved with our management process. They have a greater appreciation of the how and why we make our operational decisions that ultimately are funded through annual service charges.

Our Property Managers work closely with Residents Associations, often meeting outside normal office hours as agreed. Often committee member of a RA come to our Luton offices to see at first hand how we work on our customers behalf and to discover how we are using new technology to improve our service and transparency for customers.
