Your first point of contact is our dedicated Customer Services team that can answer maintenance and accounts queries or general issues relating to your development.

Our in-house teams have experience of a wide range of property management issues and work closely with the operations team:
Deal with all contractors and suppliers, raising orders to ensure that repairs are carried out promptly and that high priority items are dealt with as quickly as possible.
For an administration fee, we provide a property re-sale pack service for owners looking to sell their property.
Most leasehold properties require consent to sublet. This department deals with all applications to sublet as we are obliged to have full details of tenants in order to comply with the lease terms of the building or development. There is an administration charge for this service.
Ensure that appropriate reminders are sent out to all owners so that service charges are collected efficiently in order that costs in respect of insurance, staff, salaries and contractors can be met.
Ensure that annual accounts are prepared and audited in accordance with the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 and subsequent legislation including the Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002. They provide appropriate financial reporting for the Property Manager.
Support our Property Managers and Operational departments to ensure that we employ, train, pay and manage office-based and site staff at relevant developments to high standards that are consistent with employment legislation.
Based in our London offices, our in-house professional Company Secretarial department can act as the registered office and serve all applicable notices for Resident Management Companies (RMCs) and Right to Manage Companies (RTMCos).
